AUTOMATIC CALIBRATING- AND SANDING MACHINE WITH OVERHEAD WORKING UNITS
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
* Version Neptun 115 R.K- RRK.
-First working unit equipped with grooved steel cylinder D= 180 mm
-Second working unit combined with squeezer 45 SH hardness and sanding pad, which is
detachable and rotatable. The pad is equipped with felt and manual control of working
position
-Lift of the working table with four trapezoidal screws, double fixed at the carcass
-Belt tensioning rollers are centered in the middle and have a free motion at its disposal
for leveling out possible conic of the abrasive belt
- Electronic system for the abrasive belt oscillation
-Motorized regulation of the working table and the thickness adjustment with electronic
digital display, additional equipped with electric ultimate limit switches for minimal and
maximal thickness
-Rubber conveyor belt
-Pressure rollers are cased with rubber
-Automatic centering of the conveyor belt
-Automatic brake releasing device to stop the working units in case of emergency
-Run-in and run-out roller tables for better supporting of the working panels
-Feeding belt equipped with motor with two speeds (1,7 / 0,9 HP)
-Automatic star delta starting switch with ammeter
-Fixed, temporarily blower for abrasive belt cleaning
-Emergency shutdown - for the abrasive belt tension and the outside of the belt
-Emergency shutdown – hand safety guard at the front of the machine
-Emergency line switches at the control panel and at the rear of the machine
-Overload and short circuit protection
